Your mission

• In your area of responsibility, you will handle service tasks in the Help Desk Support domain, utilizing remote access, telephone, and email support
• You will document service cases in the ticketing system and assist in creating quotes for service, maintenance, and calibration
• Furthermore, you will plan and prepare on-site deployments
• You actively support our service technicians and global service partners in troubleshooting
• Additionally, you will undertake planned in-house commissioning activities to continuously expand your knowledge

Your profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• You already have some experience in commissioning custom machinery
• You work independently and demonstrate high teamwork and sociability
• You are characterized by initiative and flexibility
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken, are also part of your qualifications
