- In your area of responsibility, you will handle service tasks in the Help Desk Support domain, utilizing remote access, telephone, and email support
- You will document service cases in the ticketing system and assist in creating quotes for service, maintenance, and calibration
- Furthermore, you will plan and prepare on-site deployments
- You actively support our service technicians and global service partners in troubleshooting
- Additionally, you will undertake planned in-house commissioning activities to continuously expand your knowledge
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
- You already have some experience in commissioning custom machinery
- You work independently and demonstrate high teamwork and sociability
- You are characterized by initiative and flexibility
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken, are also part of your qualifications
