• Degree in natural sciences, economics or engineering
• First practical and / or theoretical experience in the field of strategy / innovation management
• Interest in the use of methodology
• Independent working style and initiative
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English skills

Your tasks

• Introduction to methodical procedures in the innovation process and failure / root cause analysis
• Selection of suitable methods for the following areas: Innovation/sales process, design evaluation and solution finding
• Creation of templates and tools for the selected methods and their application in various areas
• Analysing the Sonplas innovation process and deriving potential for improvement
• Documentation of the results
