Bachelor thesis – Development of an automated test and calibration system for the Universal Solenoid Driver (USD) card (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You will work on the specification of the USD card and its use in the injection technology
• You will define all relevant test cases
• You will develop an automated test solution with:
  • NI TestStand for test sequence control and result documentation
  • Integration into the existing test environment with precise measurement technology for electricity and voltage curves
• You evaluate the test results and automatically generate a calibration certificate (e.g. as a PDF)
• You validate the system using real test cards and document the results

Your profile

• You are studying electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or a related subject
• You have basic knowledge of power electronics and measurement technology
• Initial experience with NI TestStand and Ethernet-based systems is desirable
• Programming skills in LabVIEW, C# or comparable languages are an advantage
• You have an analytical mindset, an independent way of working and technical understanding
