Working Student (m/f/d) in Process Development

Part-time, Fixed-Term · Salching

To strengthen our team at Sturm Surface Technology GmbH, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) in Process Development, starting in September 2026, to support us in a variety of projects. In this role, you will work on innovative systems and actively contribute to the development of future-oriented technologies.

Your tasks

• As part of our process team, you will actively contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of prototype projects
• You will independently prepare measurement reports, perform statistical analyses of the results, and document your findings in comprehensive laboratory reports
• You will also support the integration of core process components both at our facilities and on-site at customer locations
• You will assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of trials, making a significant contribution to the development of future technologies and processes

Your profile

• You are currently studying electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical degree program
• You are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and technical concepts
• You demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and a careful, structured approach to your work
• You are independent, responsible, proactive, and highly motivated
• You enjoy working in a team, have strong organizational and communication skills, and bring the flexibility and creativity required for a varied range of tasks
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
