With 350 employees, our Straubing location develops machinery and systems for the production and testing of key components such as rotors, power electronics for the electric powertrain and batteries for the automotive industry.

We offer a dual vocational training program in cooperation with various vocational schools. It typically takes 3.5 years to complete.
During your training, you will be paid € 1,088 in the first year, € 1,146 in the second year, € 1,220 in the third year and € 1,270 in the fourth year. You’ll also get a holiday bonus and a Christmas bonus.

What does the job of an IT specialist for application development entail?
- Developing customer-oriented software solutions for controlling innovative machinery and systems
- Qualifying, testing and adapting existing applications based on customer requirements
- Ensuring software quality by implementing appropriate test methods
- Utilising software development tools
- Developing desktop and web applications as well as machine control programs in the programming languages C, C#, HTML, CSS, IEC61131 and SQL
- Troubleshooting by using expert and diagnostic systems
- Documenting applications and training customers
- Work organisation and project management

- Handles the commissioning and servicing of our machines for our customers in Germany and abroad

- Unpacking and sorting goods as well as stocking them according to requirements
- Performing inventory checks and inventory management
- Picking and packing goods for dispatches and assembling them as loading units
- Marking, labelling and securing dispatches according to legal requirements
- Processing shipping papers and accompanying documents
- Utilising in-house information and communication systems, standard software and workplace-specific software
